Set-up Instructions:
Approximately 60 chairs should already be set-out; separate these single row of chairs into two, creating a centre aisle.
Add additional chairs to each row as needed (take from the back alcove area or the Fireside Room).
Set-up three foldable rectangular tables with chairs along each side of the chapel.
Set-up a row of chairs along the wall with windows looking out to the foyer); set out play mat area in front of these chairs

Take-down Instructions:
Combine the two centre rows of chairs into a single row; leave out approximately 60 chairs in total (5 rows, 12 chairs each row).
Take-down all foldable rectangular tables, return them in back table dolly (back left corner)
Stack up all remaining chairs (no more than 6 chairs high per stack); use the chair dolly to move these excess chairs into the back alcove area.
*Return any chairs taken from the Fireside Room; these chairs will have felt pads*

Set-up Instructions:
Set-up a rectangular foldable table in front of the stage, centred and roughly a foot away from the stage steps.
Wash your hands (or use disposable gloves) before handling/setting out the juice and wafers.
Wipe down both wooden trays.
Prepare at least 65 plastic cups on one tray and use the juice dispenser to fill up each cup.
On the other tray, put out the communion wafers / bread (more is ok).
Set out both trays on the communion table, place two pairs of gloves by each tray.
Remember to rinse and wipe down (or turn upside down and air dry) the juice dispenser, return opened juice bottle to the fridge.
Take-down Instructions:
Wash your hands (or use disposable gloves) before handling/setting out the juice and wafers/bread.
After service, return any leftover wafers into the plastic ziploc bag.
Offer any remaining juice to the community; parental consent required before offering to minors.
Wipe down the trays and return all items to the Renewal storage room.
Input current inventory level of communion supplies in the Common Supplies and Inventory Tracker.

Set-up Instructions:
Brew coffee (see instructions on ground coffee tin)
Boil hot water in the electric kettle; transfer to hot water carafe.
Fill water jug with tap water.
Use the Fireside Room kitchenette dolly to transport all supplies to the welcome desk in the foyer.
Use the serving trays to line/protect the wooden welcome desk.
Take-down Instructions:
Empty out all liquids in the Fireside Room sink.
Empty coffee grinds into the green compost bag and dispose in the big garbage bin next to the elevator (back of chapel)
Rinse/wipe down all items and surfaces, return items to their storage locations.

Bring the welcome desk bin, Kids Church laptop, and Kids Church name tag binder to the Welcome desk in the foyer.
Set out plastic signs for Kids Church sign-in, Fellowship Dinner sign-up (or other applicable notices, e.g. "No Kids Church Today", etc.).
Parent/Kid Stretch Area: Set out play mats and children's activity box next to the Welcome desk (in front the windows looking into the chapel)
Take-down Instructions:
Place all plastic signs into the welcome desk bin.
Return the welcome desk bin, Kids Church laptop, name tag binder, play mats and children's activity box to their storage location.
If necessary, indicate any low inventory level of welcome desk supplies in the Common Supplies and Inventory Tracker.
